We are coming to a point in time where there will be a great divide. The enemy will proclaim that this separation will cause weakness, disruption, and this division is wrong. This is how Christians are so easily fooled. They think unity for all is the answer to the evil of this world. Although the Body of Christ should stand united we are not to be fooled into allowing evil to join the camp of God. Oil and water don't mix and neither do evil and good.
We will soon discover that we have been deceived by those we trusted the most. Those who claim to be working for God when in reality they are self-serving, seeking the riches of this world and accepting the temptations the devil offers them. "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" Isaiah 5:20
THE CHURCH AND RELIGION
Much of this division will come in churches and this will truly test each person on whether Christ is in their hearts or merely on their lips. Christians will say you are judging your fellow Christians and God spoke out against this! And yes we are called to forgive others who sin against us. I can forgive someone who sinned against me but I cannot forgive someone who sinned against God. That is between the that person and God. If someone continuously sins against God, is self serving, unashamedly harms others, and is not willing to repent, we can only assume that person is not Godly.
We are called to make judgments every day on what is good and what is evil, that is discernment. We are told not to judge like a hypocrite.....pointing out one's flaws that we ourselves exhibit. So people need to start understanding the word judgment and the context it's used. If we didn't make judgments in our daily lives we would be at a standstill. This is another way Christians have been misguided and why we are so far from understanding God. How many of those yelling don't judge are in the word daily or can even say they've opened the Bible or ever read that scripture? Not many, and they hear others say it, including pastors, so they repeat it. Many false Shepherds lead them astray and they never even realize it. There is good and evil in everything and we need to understand that these “church” leaders are not irreproachable. They are not exempt from worldly temptation and they do not hold powers that make them closer to God than anyone else. They are knowledgeable in scripture, have worldly wisdom but God cares about the spiritual and the intent behind what we do here on earth.
The idolization of famous people is also an insult to God. Whether Russell Brand is saved or not shouldn't have any bearing on any individual's personal relationship with God. Jesus says "Seek ye first the kingdom of God" Matthew 6:33 not try to find God in taro cards or inspiration from others. Where is the kingdom of God? In Luke 17:20-21 Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is in you."
Religion of all types is man-made and a means to control the spirituality of the people. It's a governing of the spirit. Just like the government wants to control our daily lives, religion seeks to control our spiritual knowledge. It directly interferes with the personal connection of God under the guise of "how to connect with God". No one should condone or support spiritual slavery of any kind. Yet Christians have been manipulated into believing they must follow a religion to eventually end up meeting God one day when in actuality He resides within us all. And to top it all off they have been taught to respect other forms of spiritual descent from other religions.
Jesus came to warn against all religions. When Pilate asked if he was Jewish, Jesus never told Pilate he was and that His kingdom was not of this world, religion is of this world John 18:35-36. That's hard for especially Christians to grasp but if people actually read the Bible they would see time and again how Jesus denounced religion and the Pharisees Matt 15:3-20. Jesus' purpose was to gather the lost sheep which were mostly Jews led astray by religion John 18:20-21. Jewish leaders hated him for this that's why they murdered him. He spoke in synagogues and temples because that is where God's people would gather and these people were led by the traditions and words of man to be Jewish up until Jesus came to teach the truth. Church is not a building, it is not a man made religion, it is the people of God who make up The Body of Christ. And The Body of Christ are the people who believe in Jesus and understand His teachings. We are the church. Matthew 18:20 "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them."

UNITY AND DIVISION
We don't seek unity for the sake of unity. You wouldn't reattach a limb that had gangrene because it would consume and kill the whole body. Better to be without a limb and still live. We are also called to unity and come together as the Body of Christ with Jesus as the head. We cannot unite with evil like we have in the past because this brings disease (dis-ease) to the body of Christ and causes the very problems we are fighting today. It's time for Christians to wake up! We were not created and put here to simply pray and wait. God is not a genie to make a wish on and he gave us these bodies for a purpose. These bodies are the temples of our souls while we are here and we are to serve him in everything we do.
Covid opened our eyes to so much evil. Yet many of our own loved ones refuse to see this. They choose to follow politicians, idols, fame, and money. They say yes we love God but I choose this worldly path. God is on their lips but not in their hearts. They say I have faith in God but I'm going to keep control of this aspect, I know best. Or I'll follow these experts and specialists who know best. God knew evil would penetrate every aspect of this world and he knew the time would come when his true believers would have to choose to turn completely to Him or to turn to the world. “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? "Matthew 7:15-16
This means choosing love and breaking away from those who inhibit us from perfect alignment, even family or "church" family. We don't stop loving them we just distance ourselves and pray they eventually turn away from the destructive path. Complete surrender to God doesn't mean we lose anything. We actually gain true life as everything works synergistically through him and us.... mind, body, and spirit. We can handle every evil thrown at us, reject temptations, reject fears, and fulfill our purpose. We will come through every trial and tribulation better than before. There's no promise it will be easy but we will grow in spirit and learn every time. We are at that turning point and we can no longer sit comfortably and consume the lies of this world and avoid the change that is taking place with or without us. We must decide who to fully commit to, God or evil. There are no in-betweens or exceptions even with family. Remember when someone is riding the fence that the devil owns that fence.
We are at war and many in the battle don't even know what we're fighting for. They fight for the sake of "winning", put faith in man for the sake of "hope", and join evil factions for the sake of "unity". They believe the lies of man-made authority and arbitrary laws. This is a battle of good vs. evil, God vs. satan. Jesus himself spoke about division asking "Do you suppose I came to bring peace? No, I have come to divide a man against his father, a daughter against her mother….. Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me….. and whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me." Matthew 10:34-40 These may seem like harsh words but the fact is there are those who believe and those who choose to go against God and we must remember God is above all.
EYES TO SEE AND EARS TO HEAR
Many Christians will be angry at me because of this article but Jesus spoke truth in love as I have. When the apostles asked Jesus many times why he spoke in parables, his reply was so that only those who have eyes to see and ears to hear would truly understand. In much of his communications, He didn't speak plainly but instead gave bits and pieces for the same reason people can't speak the truth openly today, censorship. They tried to change his words, defame him, discredit him, and ultimately the Jewish leaders had him murdered for no crime at all. He was killed for speaking truth and they knew the truth would set God’s people free.
Deception is everywhere, evil has tried to hide scripture, manipulate it, and has infiltrated every religion and church to some degree. And because of this evil, God knew he would need to elaborate beyond love one another. Proverbs states Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; this is something I often pray about.....not to let what the world has interpreted as what God wants but what God divinely reveals to me through scripture. God made sure no matter how they tried to change it, His message would be there if we only make the effort to read and connect with Him divinely.
My daughter sold her 1st painting at an art boutique on her 15th birthday, the first artwork in this shop to have any biblical meaning. We spoke to the shop owner and she said a 23-year-old young lady came and saw the painting and she loved it. She looked all around the shop and came back holding the piece and said "I have to have this one." This gave me hope that the next generation wants Christ in their homes. The Samaritan woman was drawn to the well outside of town to get water to live but received the living water of Jesus, the words of truth. The young lady who bought the painting also was drawn to the living water of Jesus to have eternal life. There's hope but only if we do God's will and get the message of truth out using the talents he so graciously gifted each of us with.

It is good to listen to others' personal revelations from God and their interpretation of scripture but don't take their personal communication with God as your own. Read scripture with an open heart daily, and be willing to connect on a spiritual level not literally. Most importantly be ready to receive the personal and direct messages from God that are specific to you and your purpose to fulfill His will in your life. Coming together in God's name and sharing with others is important but depending on one person to be your intermediary with God won’t help you grow in the spirit, it actually keeps you from knowing God within. Jesus talks about communicating with each other, confessing to one another, and coming to agreement with one another. But we all have free will and as Jesus told his disciples "And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet."
DISCERNMENT - SEPARATING WHEAT & TARE
In Matthew 13:24-30 Jesus told the parable of the weeds. He said the kingdom of God was like a farmer who sowed the best grain but in the night his enemy sowed weeds (also known as tare) among the wheat. The servants wanted to pull up the weeds when they sprouted but the farmer said no, let them grow together because pulling up the weeds would also pull up the good grain. He said to wait until harvest time and he would collect the weeds into bundles and burn them; then he would gather the wheat and bring it into the barn. The harvest time has come and Jesus is the farmer who will separate the wheat and the tare or the good from the bad.
I've heard many say "I'm just waiting for Jesus to come back and save me. These are the end times we just need to pray." I think to myself.... where is that part in the Bible, just sit and wait? Or.... just love and let God do the rest. Then why did God put us on earth in these bodies? The Bible is full of action and requires us to act in many different ways and forms. But people are not willing to give up personal comfort, face confrontation, or go through adversity on behalf of their creator. They seem annoyed and burdened by the thought of the effort required to bring themselves out of the depths of evil that we brought upon ourselves by turning away from God and giving into the temptations and lies of this world. We were told how to live and how to redeem ourselves after going astray. Through Jesus’ teachings, the scriptures, and the works of his disciples we have been given a road map but most importantly we need to take the time to connect with God. All who believe in Jesus and his teachings are God’s chosen people, that gift was purchased for us by Jesus when he gave his life on the cross. But we must bear our crosses and do the will of God, not YOUR will in God’s name. He knows the difference and you better know it too. Be humble, serve the Lord and he will provide for you in ways you could not imagine.
